You’ll also get WhatsApp support between sessions, so you’re never left second-guessing or stuck in your own head. Reach out for guidance, encouragement, or a quick check-in—right when you need it.

 

What’s Included:

Session 1 – Deep Dive Assessment & Plan Creation (1hr 30min)

We’ll unpack where you’re at—physically, emotionally, and practically. Together, we’ll clarify what’s working, what’s draining you, and what needs to shift. From there, I’ll create a personalised, realistic plan based on your current top challenges.

Sessions 2 & 3 – Guided Implementation Support (30min each)

We’ll meet for two follow-up sessions to help you take action, troubleshoot any stuck points, and make gentle adjustments so you can stay on track and build momentum.

Plus: WhatsApp Support Between Sessions
