Ahhh that weight is lifted
Firstly, how are you? Really?
I hear a lot of people are struggling right now for so many reasons.
The end of the year is drawing closer and for many that creates a pressure to get it all done.
We start to reflect on all that we haven’t finished yet!
Some disappointment creeps in so we keep on pushing and pushing so we can just finish that next thing before the year ends.
The thing is, we can often start to feel like we are suffocating.
I’m my video this week I talk about a couple of very basic areas we should address so that we can breathe again.
I’ll never forget when one of my clients implemented a super simple strategy, that takes less than 5 minutes to implement and afterwards sent me a message saying she felt like she could breathe.
I feel like I can breathe!
That suffocating feeling of it all being too much can be solved.
And it is likely much simpler than you think.
