Controlling the mental madness

If you’re anything like me one of the things that frustrates you the most is not being able to turn off your brain at night so you can’t fall asleep or you wake in the middle of the night and boom, you’re brain is straight back into it. 

I’ve always had this problem even from as young as Primary School. My brain rarely stops. 

So I’ve spent years trying different techniques to try and battle this woe. 

Now, although I use many I have a must do strategy. 

Now this must do activity luckily does a whole lot more than just helps quieten my mind at night. 

This was one of the strategies I talked about in the 90 Day Planning workshop as a must do to keep me on track each day towards my goals. 

Also, if you’ve been around me for any amount of time you will definitely hear me talk about the daily plan. 

In this video I walk through exactly how I put my daily plan together so I’m set up for success each day. 

Plus, I go to bed every night having freed my mind up of the worry about what tomorrow will bring.  

I already know.  

I even told my brain all about it.
