Want to do it but don’t know how?

So Kat, one of our amazing members who attended the 90 day planning session raised an excellent question around the fact that she didn’t know the steps to plan some of her goals because she had never done them before. 

It wasn’t her genius zone, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be done and done easily. 

Now I am an absolute advocate for getting support and delegating out as many tasks as you can to your team and experts. 

The great thing in this situation is she does have access to experts that do know and that can guide her.  

There are very few things in this world that no one has ever done before us. 

So leverage the expertise available to you. 

Instead of trying to make it up ourselves and trying to work it out for ourselves. 

Let’s leverage the experts! 

Don’t be afraid to ask for help or to delegate out tasks to someone else.

If you have access to team members or other experts or coaches that have the expertise in things that you don’t, leverage them!  

So when you are planning out how to meet your goals, don’t just ask yourself What do I have to do?  

Ask yourself, What can someone else do so that I don’t have to do it? 

It’s really simple.  

If you don’t know how to do something, leverage someone that does and don’t waste your time trying to work it out for yourself.
