On Tuesday I ran a 90 day planning workshop and there were some great lessons to be learned.

I’m going to share with you over the coming weeks a couple of the top lessons that we got out of the planning workshop so that you can learn from them too.

So keep an eye out for these emails.


One of the top ones was around, trying to start on a whole lot of new practices all at the same time and thinking you have to do them all at once.

One of the participants was saying, they wanted to implement a whole lot of new wellness activities in their daily life But the thought of doing all of those things was overwhelming and having the opposite effect of making her feel better.

Starting meal plans and meditation and journaling and more!

When you add them all up together it feels very overwhelming to try and even start because it feels like so much.

This is so common.
We think because it’s a good idea to do all those things that we need to do them all immediately.
Then we wonder why we fail so miserably and feel so terrible.
We made it really really hard for ourselves.

My top recommendation is simple, if you want to be successful you need to make attacking your goals manageable.

Don’t self sabotage by trying to do too much at the same time.

With new practices you can eventually have many of them in your life but stagger the start so they become part of your day before you stack another thing on.

Staggering the start makes us more likely to be successful overall.


Now I know you are all amazing achievers, but set yourself up for success and stop trying to do it all at once.
